Once you have access to the Water Ruin stage, bring the Ear Plugs to Ivana the Bear. To get the ear plugs, get a Gold or Expert rating in the Floyd mission in the Hold area of the SS Anubis. The food can also be used to distract your enemy or to detonate proximity mines without wasting any ammo.Įar Plugs Where: SS Anubis, Hold (Floyd Mission) The ear plugs are the perfect protection for sensitive ears, especially when around noisy Tribals – but the Jet Force team can't use them. You can use the fish food to feed the fishes (duh) or other hungry creatures, such as the creepy maggots or Flopsy the dog (which keeps them from attacking you). Although it's listed among your weapons, the fish food is hardly lethal. Behind it, you will find the fishpond and a treasure box that contains fish food. Jet Force Gemini left a mark on my childhood that will not be forgotten until the end.Jet Force Gemini contains a number of special items in addition to the regular power-ups such as gems, backpacks and Gemini Holders. Many people identify Zelda with a "Zelda feeling" or Banjo-Kazooie woth a "Banjo feeling well, JFG has it's own feeling, too. This game deserved a remake way more than Conker, and it deserves a sequel more than any other game. The minigames were awesome, racing rocked my world. I used to request that fast techno beat, wait for it to peak, then slaughter every last drone like the opening scene of Blade. The Drone Night Club on Ichor was awesome. Like most who love this game, I never beat it because of the only flaw it had: STUPID STUPID SPACE SHIP PART COLLECTION. If you take the time, you'll notice that the mood of the game changes quite often. The gun fights are loud and frantic, and hardly ever is there a moment to rest. I started replaying it last night, because I finally got it back from a friend (what are the odds?). The music was great enough to rival Zelda, and the gameplay was nothing to sneer at. This game is certainly the most underrated game of all time. After all the storylines of Juno, Vela, and their very helpful pet, Lupus were never explained. This thread is almost pointless but I made it up because of nostalgia and the desire to see a continuation of the Jet Force Gemini crew. Jet Force Gemini got a "T" rating for all the alien blood and body parts that could be splattered with the awesome violence you could do but with advance graphics a remake could land it with an "M" rating. I mean with the graphics these days, I would like to have Juno, Vela, and Lupus returning to continue the awesome slaughter of giant ants and many sorts of bugs. I sort of gained hope after Perfect Dark Zero was brought to life under Microsoft. I declare this one of the best games I have played on the N64 along with Perfect Dark, Banjo-Tooie, Zelda OOT and Zelda MM.Ī great game, I think any plans for a sequel or remake died when Rare was brought by Microsoft. I'm not sure how many of you guys remember the old but great game, Jet Force Gemini. ![]()
